Some brands are more durable than others but than again it also depends a lot on where they were made. Sometimes the same brand, same model can come out totally different depending on the country. The material might differ, feel different, or sometimes the pockets of one particular model tear while the same model, made in a different country, may have more robust pockets but be less durable in the legs or knee region.

But....what matters most to me is the look and the fit. What good is a durable pair of jeans if you don´t feel comfortable with how you look in them?

I don´t care too much about brand names but there are certain models from certain brands that look good on me even though I may not like the brand itself and the whole brand might suck but some do have a certain model I keep going back to.

nod

It is sooooo hard for me to find jeans that aren't too tight in the thighs, cover my butt even if sit down or bend over, and make my butt look decent at the same time. sigh

My favorites so far is Merona which is at Target. I'm a curvy girl.. so at first it was so hard to find the perfect fit until I found these jeans.. they are mid waisted which doesn't show undies and it fits my waist, hips, and thighs perfectly. It also has a stretch to it. Plus they come in variety of forms for different body types.

Yes, mid-waisted or mid-rise work for me too.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Calvin Klein.

Though I just bought a cheaper pair by them with a zipper fly instead of a button fly and they're nowhere nearly as comfy as the more expensive ones.

I as well dont have a favorite brand.. I did get some at Old Navy called The Sweetheart and I am in LOVE!! they have a higher waist without looking like mom jeans!!! woot! They have them in skinny and boot cut... I HATE low rise jeans and have hated jeans ever since they became popular, so I was so happy to get these!!

They seem pretty well made, and were on sale for 19.50! Im not hard on jeans jeans at all, so I am not sure about lasting power, but like I said, I feel they are well made and for the price you could get quite a few pairs... This was a sale price, but they have it all the time...

~~~~~ Oh that voice...incredible....there should be a musical instrument called George Michael... ~~~~~
