Right now I'm tied for 2nd place in one of my pools (it's winner take all, so 2nd place doesn't get any money). The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

Poor last possesion by Wisconsin, taking an NBA three down one with 15 seconds left, in the words of Sir Charles Turribble!!!!
I had Michigan St. going out in the elite eight so them losing tonight was no surprise, Draymond Green is so overrated IMO.

I had Michigan St. to the Final Four because each previous occassion Izzo was awarded a #1 seed, they went to the Final Four. Louisville has disappointed me too often. I like them over Florida though. NC should handle Kansas. Syracuse v. Ohio St. hard to call. Syracuse has depth. KY - dominant. I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

Just found out that if Kentucky wins, I'll win my pool! (If Kansas wins, I lose.) No one in my pool picked Louisville to get to the Final Four so if they beat Kentucky, then the winner is determined by the OSU/KU game. If OSU wins, I win! So go OSU & Kentucky. The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

I think this will be a good final 4, I expect a Kentucky/Ohio St. championship game with Kentucky winning it all.

I won my office pool! Since we had to do a first and second place and only five people participated, I'll win $30 (as opposed to the whole amount of $50). I came in second in the other pool that I've been doing for years. That one is winner-take-all so I didn't get any of the $100 prize. Considering the amount I invested in both pools, I'm walking away with a net gain of $5. I would have rather won the Lottery!

If I had a son who great at hoops, I'd want him to play for Cal. Why? To quote columnist Dave Zirin, "he's honest about the realities of a very corrupt collegiate system that uses terms like 'amateurism' as a cover for an operation that generates billions on the backs of unpaid teenagers .....the Kentucky coach doesn't pretend his players are 'student-athletes'."
