It seems - we hope beyond hope - that the worst is over.

Little Demitrios is doing better...his strength is up...they are hoping to start feeding him from a bottle soon...and they"re close to getting his arrythmia under control.

If all goes well, then within a few weeks, he may be going home.

Thanks to all of you for your prayers, well-wishes, and generosity.

Well my friends, I hope that this is the last of the updates.

Little Demitri is doing good. His circulation has stabilized (no freakishly swollen or purple limbs) and it seems that they have perfected the medication to keep his heart rate stable.

Actually, they are going to try something to get him to feed orally. Since he's always been fed via tubes, he doesn't have the sucking reflex, so he won't take bottles.

BUT if that's the worst of their worries right now, then AMEN.

Thank you all again for the prayers, positive thoughts, and generosity.
