I've been feeling like I want to explode lately. Like, one minute I'll be fine and then the next I feel OVERWHELMED with desperation to just lose it. I can't even explain it, and it's been coming on for several months now. I tried to express my feelings into words to someone, and I guess they didn't understand, and they kind of made me feel stupid for complaining. Like, I said, they just didn't understand and now I wish I wouldn't have said anything. I wasn't trying to complain. I just don't know HOW to make myself feel better or to control my crazy emotions. I dunno. It's hard to explain.

Sorry to hear that. sad Have you tried speaking to a professional?

i think paranoia is just part of disillusionment .. we are all programmed to believe in a made up reality .. when truth breaks thru it causes rightful doubt in other perceptions .. teetering between reality and programmed illusion creates the uncertainty and paranoia .. fear of the truth that, that stability does not exist, causes panic .. accept that your thoughts are not your own, that they are a product of programming, social, media programming, accept that they are illusion and you will know truth, accept the truth and paranoia will be replaced by peaceful knowing .. and whatever you do .. stay away from anything your doctor prescribes or anything you find at a drug store .. that shit is designed to fuck you up for life .. thats not paranoia thats truth .. number one cause of death in the us is pharmacuticals and their side effects and medical errors in hospitals .. drug companies treat people like guinea pigs to experiment on .. just because ur paranoid doesn't mean they are not after you biggrin
