I hope you guys remember me, I've been crazy busy lately, all kinds of stuff going on in my life (nothing unusual there huh? LOL) I do hope everyone here is doing well and that things are going great for you!

Here's why I'm here today...

I'm sure you may have read that I have started selling Pampered Chef. At the same time, my girlfriend started selling Miche' Purses. That was about 2 1/2 months ago that we got into this. We decided very soon after starting that we wanted to find a way to make a difference with what we were doing....

Both of us have been personally touched by domestic violence, I'm sure you guys remember the story I told awhile back about my exhusband who held the kids and I at gunpoint for the night and my stay at the domestic violence shelter here in the Kansas City area. That was 14 long years ago and ever since then I have wanted to find a way to thank them! Well, we've done it!!

I have teamed up with the director of the shelter and she is super excited about what we are doing! Melissa (Miche' purses) and myself (Pampered Chef) are raising money and products for the big annual fundraiser for Safehome, one of the largest domestic violence shelters in Kansas City. I am over the top excited about the chance to be able to give back to these people and I know first hand how much the shelter depends on donations from everyday people to make them a success!!!
