What's pissing me off today?

One of my Work Colleagues had a hissy fit because I was offered Overtime at work and he wasn't, so he spat his dummy out and didn't speak to me for several hours. Yet last week, when he was offered overtime, I was congratulating him on getting the offer and was genuinly pleased for him - Overtime is like a Golden Egg where I work .

People are so friggin selfish...........

I belong to another fan forum, and one of the moderators gave me an infraction (ooh scary) because I quoted someone, and he told me to stop quoting people. I told him it's really not that big a deal, and I'm not the first, last, or only person to do it. I also said if quoting people is such that big a deal, then just disable the damn function instead of being the damn quote police. And some other shit was said blah blah blah. He's probably some zit faced 50 year old virgin who sits in his momma's basement eating hot pockets all day in scooby doo boxer shorts eating hot pockets.

That son of a bitch can't see me. I will peel the flesh from his bones.

My sister gave me a kitten about a month ago, as an early Christmas present (we went during an adoption weekend).

She is the cutest, funniest thing with so much energy.

Okay... I am allergic to EVERYTHING, including her.

My left eye is a swollen itchy mess, I am congested, and have a perpetual sinus headache.

Everywhere she's scratched me is tender and red...

I need to go to the allergist.

I am so uncomfortable, but when I look at that little face, my heart melts.

I AM NOT getting rid of her...

Worst cut EVER on my thumb while using my mandoline to cut a potato the other day. I mean, like, blood spurting out, sink turned red, used about 15 paper towels to get it to stop. And I WAS using the guard, too! Only good thing is that its so sharp that it didn't hurt at all. Hasn't hurt since I cut it, either. But damn it if I don't feel half ridiculous trying to do my regular daily tasks with giant ass pads, band-aids and/or tape on my thumb.

Umm.... No shit, I was squatting to look for the sour cream in the refrigerator (another kitchen injury), then I bent a bit further and turned at a weird angle to look at a lower shelf and shit just stopped working. I saw white flashing lights, fell backwards and slid across the floor to the cabinets. Couldn't even stand up afterwards. Had to crawl to the couch. I don't really have back problems and I'm in reasonably good shape, so I must have just moved exactly the right way on the wrong muscle (lower, right side). Hadn't been getting much sleep lately and been dealing with some family stress, which probably didn't help. But it only really bothered me that night and the next day. A few days later and its totally fine.

You'll be fine with Kitty. You may also want to bathe her often. I did when I owned a cat... weekly.

Its the spit and the pee you are allergic to, so don't let her lick you. Her spit sticks to her hairs when she licks herself. So the hairs with spit on them will trigger your allergies.

Keep her spit/saliva off her fur, her fur will not bother you.

Keep her on an oily diet so her skin does not dry out... lotsa sardines in oilive oil for kitty.

Yes... you should see how big she's gotten!

I can't take Benadryl- makes my heart race; I've been taking Allegra and some generic gel tabs that work wonders.
