I think nowadays Twitter and facebook has replaced the org. I remember back then when I used to come here, it had so many news, so many exciting stories. The org was the first place to get the latest information on Prince. It has turned into a complete useless site, and regulars are gone!

LOL! That's not the fault of social networking. There's been social networking all the time. Remember when chatrooms were the place to be?

The decline around here has more to do with the increase in can'ts and don'ts of things to talk about regarding Prince.

Which makes me wonder why she even posted that? but from the looks of it, doesn't seem to be too hard for a banned orger to come back and post for a good period of time.

That's even not true. When I first joined here, i can't recall if FB existed, not to mention Twitter!!

Most of the people who joined years ago, don't post often anymore which has more to do with the many new fans joining and obviously asking Q that have been dealt numurous times here.

And what can's and don'ts? You can discuss anything you want on the org as long as it is somewhat intelligent. People may be self censoring cause of the reasons I said above. The same old Q pop up every day!

Maybe we should get back to newsletter emails?!

I think I created my first account somewhere in the spring of 2001, so it's been 10 years and a half now

late 90s but i left n now thankfully i get to be back and grateful its still here .. . .hey can i get an org mug n tshirt? i wanted them when u sold em here once upon a time.
