My grandma, who is 102 has eliminated pretty much EVERYTHING out of her diet except for redcurrant jelly, cream, meatballs, potatoes and she MIGHT eat some broccoli too. She makes some kind of bread herself although it's more like a cake and there is a cereal drink she has in the morning which is usually for babies
