What are your views on stretch marks ?

What do you men out there feel about women having stretch marks ? Does it bother you ?

And same for women , would it bother you that a guy had strech marks ?

My guy friend has stretch marks & he's really insecure about them . I was really shocked hearing that from a guy . Usually I hear it from women feeling insecure about their stretch marks .

I got a few so I'm not going to complain if others have them!
I even find them endearing.

I'm not crazy about them, but shrug they happen. I've got slightly visible ones from when my shoulders broadened.

That's something I always say . Coming from someone else is greatly appreciated . I used to be pretty insecure about mine about 2 years ago , but then I eventually got over it b/c I soon learned that it doesn't really bother men . This one guy was like stretch marks are beautiful . Ever since that day , it made feel better & I don't care .

I'll just say this: You should really question the type of guy would care about that, period. lol

I have them myself & it never stopped me from getting any women, nor has it ever made me not want a women..ever! cool

not a prob 4 we - its only natural esp after having kids

i dont know how i managed to only get a few in only one area, but i would never worry about having cosmetic surgery to get rid of them - if i meet someone who does not like what he sees well then that's his tuff nod

and men get them 2 - but somehow ladies r the ones with the complex!!!!

Stretch marks on a guy turn me on. Stomach, sides. Can be after weight loss. Don't know why.

Some guys don't care and some are very self conscious. The self conscious ones give me the most problems. I'm supposed to pretend they don't exist. (Then explain my hard on?)

I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

Sweetie has stretch marks on his shoulders, too. I suspect they're from the weight training he did when he played football in college.

Here's something it took me a looooong time to understand. If a man loves you, not only does he not care about stretch marks or an extra 5 to 10 pounds, he doesn't even see them.

THIS. Also, like any other physical feature, it really just depends on a lot of other things. Some stretch marks on some women are barf while some stretch marks on some women can actually be kind of cute.

shrug For me it just depends. But generally I prefer nice even skin tone.

Personally they don't bother me....but....

You know it is the one and only "flaw" that I don't think I have! I only have a little red dot on my stomach from my pregnancy and then(oh yeah) the 2 fold of sagging skin above my hip bones; no stretch marks.

I saw this on a guy once and thought it was incredibly sexy. nod It was like mother nature's reverse tribal tattoo because his skin was medium/dark and the markings light/medium.

My skin is a medium/dark tone... when the stretchmarks are new, they are raised and reddish or darker in color than my skin tone... when they are healed they fade to a lighter shade than my skin.

I sport strech marks across my breasts, but they aren't visible unless I scrunch the skin together with my hands. :boobiemash: Thank goodness for the coconut oil I use, it really helps with the hyperpigmentation. whew
