Not ALL chicken is injected with steriods. And it does depend on how chicken is prepared which determines if its fattening or not.

most fast food chicken is - guaranteed!!!!!!!

and always check with your butcher what u r buying, cause it makes a big diff esp with young growing kids!!!!!!

Oh sorry I didn't know you was referring to fast food chicken...when you made your statement I thought you were talking about chicken from everywhere. In that case, yes, I agree, most fast food chicken isn't healthy, but if you go to a deli to get boneless, skinless chicken, then to me that is healthy and doesn't cause harm unless you prepare it with fattening ingredients.

yes but still check if its grain fed or steroid induced!!!!

and some fast food places have grilled chicken which is prepared healthy, but still not a good chicken 2 eat!!!
