Very true, I will never forget the first time I went in a Chippy down here and asked for Steak Pudding and Chips, the look I got was priceless lol Very few people down here know what a Steak Pudding is - I actually drove 100 Miles back to Lancashire one night just to have a Steak Pudding and Chips from a Chippy - My Wife was non too impressed lol lol

But, they are somewhat more friendly than other places I have lived too - I like that smile

My winter everyday uniform

A Cashmere Sweater (today I'm wearing a grey one)

White tee

Dark skinny denim

Today's coat:

Because I live in such a chilly, wet climate coats are everything here. You can wear a potato sack and no one cares, but you need to switch your coat game up on the regular. I think I had about 70 until my dude gave me the side eye. So I gave away 30 lol I can live my life in jeans and a cashmere sweater every day of the week, but my coat fetish is hard to suppress lol

Tomorrow I have to attend a burial ceremony out of the city in a rustic countryside environment. So it'll be simple black for me from head to toe...

I was running late this morning, so I'm very casual today. Boot-cut jeans, a black cashmere tunic, stout-heeled black suede boots, and a black trench coat with a red cashmere scarf.

My hair is faaaaaabulous, though.

Casual Friday here.
