sounds easy enough 2 make... but

will the rice xplode??? how long b4 i have to change over the rice????

sometimes I have to use 2 pairs of socks in winta...

the rice never explodes, but it will singe if you zap it too long. this type of object needs replacement every few months or so when the rice or material become fusty.

so no i have never had cold nails

but sometimes my knuckles are also freezing cold too...

I can't stand it when my fingers get all wrinkly when they get wet.

Im never cold.......even in the winter when it snows i have a fan on me 24/7.....im always warm and in the winter wear tshirts....Dont u wear socks FuzzyWitch??There r such things as bed socks u no or stick ur feet under a hot water bottle,better still go sleep in ur slippers:lol:

I get Reynaud's syndrome, which basically means I get problems with bloody supply to my fingers (and sometimes even my toes and nipples!!) when there's a temperature drop.

My fingertips usually turn white and then when they come back into warmer temperatures they turn dark purple and hurt like f**k.
