I think the 30 degree increase in temperature helped, plus Rangers Ballpark is the most hitter-friendly park in all of baseball.

i think ron washington is one the most animated fun watching manager in a long time. i like when the rangers do something and he's in that dugout wiggling his feet cheering his team on.

as 4 "the machine" , very impressive

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

it's because he wants to get on the field and snort the third base line.

falloff Come on now, the man has made amends just like the manager across the field from him. We've all got stuff in the past that we ain't proud of, what he did doesn't take away from the fact he's one of the best managers in the game. cool

hey, I never said anything about his managerial style. Actually, it looks like he now knows how to manage the postseason better than last year.

Tony Larussa, however is a douchebag. How he treated (and continues to treat) hall of famer Ozzie Smith is bullshit. Not to mention he was WRONG in his first year as the birds manager. Oz was playing the best shortstop in the spring of 96 and this dick still screwed Oz. I could go on and on about him.

Yeah, he's got the third most wins as a manager. BFD. rolleyes He also has the second most losses. talk to the hand

go pet a cat you drunk ass. rolleyes

I'm not watching the games just the highlights and listening to sports talk, oh and listened to an inning on the radio. St. Louis fans are hecka rowdy. They are definitely supporting their team.

The Cardinals' bullpen mixup in game 5 was one one of the strangest things I've ever seen in a baseball game.

Absolutely incredible, if the Cards pull it off later today it will be one of the most amazing seasons in baseball history.

When Feliz struck out the leadoff batter in the 9th I'm sure even the most diehard St. Louis fans had thought it was over. Now it's on to the first Game 7 in nine years.

I'm really torn about who to root for, seems like teams that cough it up in Game 6 often wind up losing Game 7 as well. It's been 50 years without the Rangers ever winning a championship, I still want them to end that streak.

Twice I had my cursor on the reply button last night ready to post what I thought was the final score and declare the Rangers world series winners and twice the Cardinals came back when down to their last out. Amazing!

I was rooting for St. Louis last night only because I wanted to see a game seven, but now I want the Rangers to win. St. Louis already has the second most world series titles after the Yankees. It's time for the Rangers to get a shot.
