No, not at all. It's brutal. I also barely sleep in general.

Traditionally I was a heavy sleeper.

Lately I've been only averaging about 3 or 4 hours of restless sleep each night.

disbelief

Hopefully I will soon get back to my old self and be able to sleep through ANYTHING.

I go out like a candle 5 minutes after I hit the sheets.

I hardly ever wake up during the night and no noise whatsoever will wake me up.

I have lots of dreams which would indicate that I'm a heavy sleeper but I'm always aware of my surroundings and do wake up when I hear a noise, or when my cat's being an asshole.

I tend to deprive myself of sleep a bit. Once I do fall asleep, I'm a pretty heavy sleeper.

Nope. I hear doors closing, phones ringing, pins dropping...all those things can wake me up. I also don't snore either.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I'm neither a heavy sleeper or a long sleeper. My wife says I'm like a cat who wakes up at anything. Ive also never slept for very long and I away used to put this down to having to catch my schoolbus at 6:30 am abd therefore needing to be up by 5:30. However, in later life I've realised it's a combo of feeling that there are loads of things I could be doing and also just having a very active brain (sounds arrogant I know). I rarely sleep more than 5 hours and during my university years used to go for 2 or 3 days with not thought or trouble whilst doing research.

Can't lye in either..,absolute waste of time.

Yes. But the noise bothers me subconsciously.

I found that I still slept through the night when I lived on this busy corner and on that corner cars would come screeching around the corner, music on full blast til late at night. I never woke in the middle of the night but still felt tired. Only when I moved back out to the country where you can hear the crickets and all, that's when my sleep was more restful.

Nope, any unusual noise, movement or change of light will instantly wake me up, even the high pitch sound of the tv will disturb my sleep until I have to wake up to get rid of the sound. Now a minor earthquake or my kids moving about the house I'd sleep through it.
