I dont have a recipe, I just sprinkled a little lawry's on the salmon, broiled it, then I had already had some plain rice made up so I just squeezed some lemon juice on it with a bit of zest, and seasoned it with salt and pepper.. Not as fancy as it sounded im afraid

Doesn't need to be fancy to taste delicious. Especially salmon doesn't need that much, it's very tasty by itself. I like the flavored rice idea. I actually think I'm going to copy it. And add a vegetables salad with brocolli, french beans and grilled zuchinni, basil and lemon zest.
