PROS:

1. He's foine!

2. He's an exceptionally talented guitarist.

3. He's very intelligent, articulate, well-read and socially conscious.

4. He ain't got no kids.

5. He owns his house.

6. He makes lotsa dough and likes to spend it on me.

7. He loves Prince and can play a lotta P songs for me.

8. He's got the gift of gab and talks major shit.

9. He's super confident even though I'm 3-4 inches taller than him in my heels.

10. The muthafucka can dress his ass OFF!

11. He's got an awesome collection of vintage guitars.

12. We got mad chemistry built up from 3 years of flirting and talking shit.

13. He doesn't drink or do drugs.

CONS:

1. He's a fucking musician.

2. He plays gigs EVERY weekend.

3. He lives 60 miles away from my house.

4. He's short as hayull.

5. He's got lotsa "fans" who are actively trynna fuck him at EVERY gig.

Although the pros list is much longer, that whole musician thing is a BIG ASS con and reduces his chances exponentially. I've had a strict policy of not dating any type of celeb, athlete, or musician on GP.

So whatcha think? Should I give him a shot or not?

As for the distance, if he comes all the way out here he'll expect to stay cuz of the drive. For the time being, we've just been meeting in the middle for dinner. But I sense he's increasing the intensity.

I'm 38 but have no interest in marriage OR kids. My gut tells me he's sincere, maybe tired of being a playa-playa, but at the same time my inner cynic thinks he's running game cuz most women like to hear that "I'm ready to settle down" type shit. Most of my friends know him from seeing him all over town with his band but I haven't really exposed him as someone I'm dating, again, because everybody "KNOWS" his ass.
