Post photos of gluten free and dairy free snacks for me I never eat cake or bread or cookies anyway so don't worry about that kind of thing. Tonight I was a bit peckish and ate some dates and almonds and had a glass of tomato juice. For lunch I had 3 eggs and some steamed rice with spinach leaves, carrots and hommus. At our friends house I had some meat with potatoes in home-made tomato sauce and when everyone else was eating cakes I had strawberries, kiwi and mandarines. Help! What else can I eat when I'm hungry! Also I'll be working away from home, what to pack for lunches! | |

You could make your own fruit roll-ups, or fruit leather... Smoothies are a great way to get nutrition cuz you can add all kinds of things to them, especially protein powders and flax seed...
Ummmmm thats all I got right now... Im having my first cup of coffee so my brain hasnt kicked in yet!

It isn't dairy. It's a tasty alternatice. I didn't post the entire recipe, that's why I posted the link where the recipe (and many other gluten- and dairy- free recipes) comes from.
There are a lot of alternatives, bloggers that had to deal with the same ordeals.
And I hear you, I'm dealing with the same issues. Allthough, I'm not sure yet about all of the ingredients I can or can't eat. I do know I can't have chocolate, and still, I ate a bar tonight. Knowing I'll be in troubel. It's heavy to adhere to a gluten free and dairy free diet.
