A man has been reported to the authorities by his neighbours in Malmö after they tired of his noisy masturbation habits, which they report can disturb the peace at any time of the day or night.

Neighbours of the man, who is resident in the Rosengård area of Malmö, had long suffered due to his tendency to watch television at high volumes.

But it was his screaming orgasms as he pleasured himself that really rubbed his neighbours up the wrong way, according to the local Sydsvenskan daily.

Five tenants living in the same building as the man have now filed a report with the Malmö environmental administration (Miljöförvaltningen) asking for action to be taken against their noisy neighbourly onanist.

In their report to the administration the neighbours are reported to have described how the man "masturbates and screams".

One of the neighbours reported furthermore how the man is prone to indulging his urges at any hour of the day and night, with the ensuing racket breaching the peace of the residential area with little forewarning.

The neighbours decided to take the matter into their own hands and file a report as they felt their landlord had displayed a reluctance to intervene in the messy domestic dispute.

Actually, this is funny. But, in general, neighbours doing what they want in their houses because it's their private property is nauseating. One can really suffer and can do nothing to avoid it. Private property is "sacred"...

I'm slightly weirded out that you quoted yourself .....

But anyway, yeah, I've dealt with this and it sucked. I was in a condo in a GREAT location that I absolutely loved when some new people moved in upstairs who lived by the moto, "its my house I can do whatever I want, whenever I want". This included jumping off of something and running across the floor (at all hours of the day and night), hammering from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM for almost a month and using workout equipment after midnight and before five AM. The homeowners association wouldn't do anything, either, because I was renting from the owner and they were buying. I broke my lease and moved out. Found out later that the next tennant only lasted two months.

Moaning, though? No, never had any noise problems with moaning. That dude must be really loud, or the walls are really thin.

Well, my experience isn't that extreme, but living together could be so easy if people who know are disturbing others and can avoid doing it actually DID it. But it's easier not to think that there are people downstairs, doing whatever withouth giving up only a bit...
