Nah, try not to even fall into that. How can a person hate someone from a message board? One should never become so personally invested that they let someone (that they've never even met) get to them. Personal attacks are a different story (I can think of a couple instances where it's happened to me here, and I rolled my eyes and kept it moving, and didn't hurt their feelings like they tried to do to me). But for the most part I think alot of what flies around here isn't so serious. But then I know I miss out on a lot so I probably have no idea what I'm talking about. Unless it's a food, fashion or tv show thread, most of the threads in this forum I glance through so quickly I don't even know what's going on in most of them- so it does strike me as weird when people get on the hatefest/clique/epic battle train; especially in a forum where I (or I think most of us) pass through for sh*ts and giggles. There's too much life to be lived, and lived richly in real time than to become absorbed with people hating each other in cyberspace. Might sound a lil' crunchy granola, but it's just my two pfennigs

I miss the real debates we used to be able to have. Not just in P&R but in GD.

I always miss the really epic fights. Usually everything's been snipped or locked or pulled by the time I get around to controversial threads. People always talk about clique clashing here too, but since I'm outside the fringes of everything and everyone (and I post at weird times due to time difference ), I'm always blissfully oblivious to the whole West Side Story-Jets vs. Sharks-gang rivalries that are supposed to rule the org. For all we know, by now one of Prince's secret lovers has shown up to trash orgers, 18 people have been banned, & someone threatened to eat someone else's newborn.
