It's called summer. I always get more horny in the hot weather and I think most people do. Looking around there is also more flesh on display.

In the barracks, I lived in my underwear. Bothered some guys who had girlfriends, but I'd point out they were in the men's barracks (where they weren't supposed to be spending the night). I'd try to be accomodating with advance notice but I also washed clothed nude once, forgetting I was in front of a window in front of the entire company.

I didn't get in trouble.

Also when we did PT and showered after, I go downstairs to the showers naked. I wasn't wrapping my clean towel around my sweaty body. If you were passing the building or coming in as I was coming down the stairs, then you got an eyeful. It was too inconvenient to wear say underwar and have no place to put them except on a hook with your towel. There were a few of us in the barracks for whom nudity wasn't an issue.

For the record, guys had no problem showering with a guy they knew or was rumored to be gay.
