I've done the online dating thing. I met a lot of people. Didn't really go on any bad dates, but there were a lot of boring dates . The last person I met through the one I was on is now my fiance.

Seemed natural for me, I guess. Met a ton of people, both hookups and friends, on Gay.com back in the day. No biggie.

Would I do it now? Duh! Of course I would. In fact, I think online datnig is the best way to do it. You can pick and choose the scumbags from afar rather than find out their scumminess while they're peei- I mean, while you're on the date with them.

What I did was that I just didn't reply to anyone that I knew I was not going to be interested in. I tried being nice, but some of these dude's get pissed, so it's just better that way. If you find someone you think would be cool, just message them and see what happens

Yeah, they might be. That's where things get tricky. I remember the first person I met when I started looked different in person and they lied about their height by a lot. I think he said he was 5'11. I'm 5 foot nothing and we were nearly face to face. I actually like shorter dudes, but I don't like being lied to And I don't know what site you're on, but there are some that do have the looking for friends option. I don't know how it'd be to find people as I do think that the majority of people on those sites are mostly looking for either just sex or a serious relationship.
