They better not fuck it up as much as that new Voltron series recently did!!!!! The only reinterpretation of an old series I thought was halfway decent was the Masters Of The Universe cartoon back in 2002-3. It was a pretty good update for the original He-Man series.

I LOVED IT. (Spoilers in 3...2...)I started screaming when Panthro transformed. Like literally went "awwwww nah y'all foul as HEEELL for that one!" Chills up my spine once I heard the original Lion-O as Claudus, and like I did as a little girl, had no shame in gettin' outta my seat and saying "Thunder, thunder, THUNDERCATS...HOOOOOOO!!"

Yeah...haha.

It seems like it's going to be pretty damn good. Still waiting for Panthro, though. I know they're not just gonna do it like that. They know every single one of the orignal show's fans will have a giant fit. You see what happened to that Wonder Woman remake...lol.

Also, we ain't even gonna talk about that Voltron mess. It doen't exist in my head.

Yeah, it's hella cool to hear the original Lion-O voice....as Lion-O's dad. That whole first generation thing, I guess.

I knew there wasn't something right with Grune. It's a RARE day when Clancy Brown voices a good guy, plus he never explained what in the hell that mound of crap he was hauling in was in the first place, did he? Ah well. I guess he's going to be the main baddie - 2nd only to Mumm-Ra of course - for the show. All that's left for them to do is find and "adopt" the hungry kitten twins and find Panthro, and they'll be a set again. Lol!

At least this one takes place all on Thundera and not Third Earth, at least I'm assuming so anyway. It was nice to see Jaga and his crew of Clerics (sp?) kick ass like ninjas, too. I was wondering what the jagas/jaguars even did, even though I guess any cat can be a Cleric since Cheetara was one. Oh well.

The jury's still out on this one for me, but it's certainly got potential, and I'll be tuning in next week. Now, if CN can only start airing some fuckin' NEW Young Justice episodes, and we'll be in business!!!!

Oh, I already knew Panthro isn't really dead. As I mentioned in an earlier post, he's a "main character" according to Wikipedia, so I figure they're going to run across him soon. Seems like they're going to have quite the journey to get to the "together" group that we all know them as. So, we'll see...
