For me, it's a toss up between the two bolded powers because they somewhat serve the same puprose....influence. If you can become something or someone else then you can have a different influence on people and your environment than you would have as your normal self. Same goes with casting spells on people.

Scenario:

Instead of storming into a bank, guns hot and ready to rob the joint...I can change into the bank manager and just walk out with a load of cash and no suspicious eyes on me. OR... I could glamor the bank manager and have him hand me the money because he thinks I'm the Brinks security guy making a pick up.

Scenario2:

I could change into Michelle Obama and have the President fuck me senseless or I could glamour the President and have him believing I'm Michelle Obama ready to get fucked senseless. Either way, his wife makes him very happy.

No if he wants fire/electricity he will focus for it to happen. I think it's completely under control because people who meditate (especially everyday, like that guy) and gain control of such powerful energy have very clear minds and can easily and effortlessly control their thoughts and control their bodies, emotions, energy, focus, etc, very easily. So yes , he can easily control one 'power' at once or whatever and how many 'powers' he would like at a time. It is completely within his control.

That electricity & fire is not a power it's an energy focus.

I'd use it for completely dumb, harmless stuff though, like getting a glass of soda from the kitchen without getting up, that kind of thing.
