How I didn't know about this drama with Steve Nash???

So, last night at the game, I was sitting a few rows behind Steve Nash. I love me some Stevie from his days here in Dallas. Always classy on and off the court. Very cool dude. thumbs up!

Anyway, I noticed he was with a young girl who is not his wife. Him and his wife had been together forever and she was ALWAYS around. Lo and behold I find out this morning that they got divorced in December the day after she gave birth to their son. whofarted

Word on the street is that the baby isn't his because wifey was fucking around with his teammate Jason Richardson. faint

Don't know if that's true. But if it is , I wanna know what the hell is wrong with these folks??? When will they learn???

Phoenix Suns star Steve Nash announced plans to divorce his wife of five years just one day after the birth of their third child, surprising many fans. Rumors shortly followed saying that Nash had suspected his wife of five years to be cheating on him -- and those rumors were confirmed once the baby was born.

She had allegedly been cheating with Suns teamma...Richardson -- who was quickly traded to Orlando in December.

Nash has only made one statement on the matter, which he released to Life & Style magazine shortly after announcing his divorce:

"This is a bittersweet moment for my wife and I; after five years, we are now in the process of dissolving our marriage. This will be my only statement on this."

Alejandra has kept quiet since the Jason Richardson rumors started, but we found an interview she gave to Arizona Foothills magazine shortly after the birth of their child in which she talks about baby Matteo and poses for pictures with her newborn baby and twin girls (see photo above).

When asked about the challenge of having a newborn in the house, along with their twin girls, Alejandra said: "The toughest part is after six years getting back to diapers! You forget how much work it is to have a newborn! But having two girls we really wanted a son. We planned Matteo for an entire year, and we are both so excited to have him in our lives. The best part is to see the girls love their baby brother and try to be good big sisters."

Alejandra, who was born in Paraguay, doesn’t talk much about Nash, only saying, "I wish him the best," while confessing that their relationship "has its ups and downs like every other marriage."

What does the future hold for the former Mrs. Steve Nash? She says she is keeping it positive. "Future looks good. But I am learning that the journey is the important thing to focus on. Being present every moment, so I try not to think too much about the future."

I didn't know about this either. Wow. And ouch... Sorry Steve. What a shock at the hospital. omg

Interestingly, many men don't know they're raising someone else's baby. I was listening to a radio show a few years ago, and they were talking with a DNA center representative. Apparently this happens more than we know. One case described a dad whose son had Cystic Fibrosis and the father knew both parents had to have the CF gene to pass it on to their offspring, but only his youngest had CF. He got himself tested and he didn't have the CF gene. eek

At that point he got his kids' DNA tested and later found out 3 of his 4 children weren't his.

Wow.

The human race truly is part of the animal kingdom. As much as we convince ourselves we're not.

Those photos crack me up, saying he dumped his wife to get with a younger chick. It sounds like he dumped her because she had someone else's baby! lol

Exactly. The way MTO makes it look, Nash just wanted to trade the wife in for a newer model and that was that. It didn't even mention that his ex-wife was a ho and that THAT was the reason why she was given the ol' heave-ho!!

And what's up with J.R.? That's some cruddy shit he did to his own damn (former) teammate!! There's supposed to be an unwritten rule that you don't fuck around with your teammate's s/o, period. Somebody who's on a different team is a little bit different, though cruddy just the same (yeah, I'm looking at you, Shaq, and how you did Arenas dirty).

True, but let me repeat that there's no proof that she cheated or that the baby is Jason's just a lot of internet gossip. Plus, Steve apparently took up with the youngster a year ago when his wife was pregnant. So, if the kid is his, Steve is a low down dirty ho and I hate to say that cuz he always seemed like a good guy. lol

Yeah, I heard about this awhile ago. Guess there was another rooster in the hen house. No wonder J-Rich got traded.

I wish I could have been in the delivery room when that baby popped out, like the scene in "Me, Myself & Irene". lol lol lol

Of course we can really only speculate, but he did always seem like a good guy

I don't know. I guess I'd be majorly pissed off, but now you have 3 children you've raised - even though they were conceived by another man - and you love them regardless. At least I would.

I'd be more pissed at my wife for letting another guy impregnate her. It's one thing to fuck around, it's another to have a baby with that person (Arnold ? John Edwards ?).

That has got to be the ultimate insult to your spouse. Esp with all the birth control out there. Huh ?
