I thought I would add what I've been up too. I am currently on a 30 day Bikram yoga challenge. I've had to miss the last week because of a pulled calf and hamstring muscle by doctors orders but I really miss not going to practice. So far since the challenge started I've lost 9lbs. I've been sleeping better and a becoming more flexible. I would have to say that this has been the hardest thing that Ive ever done as far as exercising goes. Bikram is no joke my friends, it is 90 minutes of cardio and body work. Working out in a room that is over a 100 degress and up to 40 % humidity is a challenge just to stay in the room. lolol My 2 favorite poses are standing bow and savasana.

Here a bit of info for ya.

Because I missed pretty much this whole week I have to do make up classes which means I will have to do 2 classes a day starting Sunday. I'm not looking forward to it but I made myself a promise tht I would do 30 classes and damn it I will do them. Even if it means doing 3 hrs of yoga everyday.

It's cool that it's noticeable then. I mean, I'm still thin overall, and want to remain that way generally, but my hairdresser again said I looked like I'd put on weight a week ago, and now you said that, so I'm obviously going in the right direction as far as where I want to be (put on about another 8lbs and lose more fat around my waist). smile

Work a large muscle group when your working abs. Either Lower or Upper Body. Doing cruches only is a waist of time.

Do a lot of planks. Do V ups with resistance. Hold a dumb bell while doing them. Also push ups are good for your abs too.
