You are in Australia right? [not sure if I remember correctly:)] I didn't know other countries/continents were eating it too... Interesting. I'm sure my horse-eating mum could share some recipes... wink

Ah got it! wink It might be more of a European thing then... I haven't heard of horse-eaters on other continents. But who knows...
