Funny you should post that. I've been having some serious run-ins with spiders lately. One is living in my car, he's relatively harmless. Then I had what might've been a Wolf Spider in my bathroom. Looked something like this:

And I might've just killed a male Black Widow right now. Those are apparently fairly common in Maryland. Having a sh*tload of woods behind the house looks cool and all, but this part sucks. And I didnt think to get this place fumigated with it having been empty for 5-6 months.

Wow! This spider is crazy huge!!!

Speaking of spiders, I spent a few hours in my basement on Wednesday night to avoid being blown away by a Tornado!!! The tornado had touched down twice in the next city over (Sprincgfield) as well as a few towns in between (Sturbridge and Oxford) but never made it to Worcester (the hairy armpit of the Universe) where I presently live. Fortunately the death toll is very low considering the amount of damage that has been done. We got storms and lightning struck the steeple of a nearby building that use to be a church and sent it up in flames! Lots of 'Wizard of Oz" sound effects but no actual Tornado touchdown. .

I had brought the radio downstairs and the DJ said to take cover until 8pm. So I was down in the cellar with the daddy long legs until then and then "Dee-lie-laa" comes on and we did not get a singe update again!!!! WTF!!! If we are really in an emergency why oh why is national radio show coming on? Why are we not getting local news still???? This scares me!!!! Doesn't the word EMERGENCY have any meaning anymore??? I don't want to listen to endless love songs when I need to know what is going on with two tornadoes!!!!!!

I have already decided what to name the next Babble thread.

I wonder what time is the meeting? I went today and the schedule said it was at 10:30 in the morning and when I showed up there, it was empty and closed off. I'll try again tomorrow but I'm not sure what time. I suppose I'll go to the 12 and 3 meetings.

I tried meeting half-way but it's not working out. I thought if it didn't work out I would find something to do here and move on but I want to go back home into my comfort zone unless someone gives me a call, I have no other choice. So crushed.

There was no meeting, but a wedding ceremony.

Maybe he went to a different KH. I didn't see him there.

So many questions.

I'm still wondering if it's all in my mind.

I'll try to give the benefit of the doubt before I completely give up hope.

I can't understand why he won't just call me, I don't understand what's holding him back. I need at least some assurance so that I don't give up hope.

Can't believe that I missed the meeting because they were at an assembly. If I knew where the assembly was I would at least go to the assembly. At least the wedding party was able to give me that information. The wedding was at the same time as the meeting would normally would have been.
