I don't expect everybody to feel sorry for me, but why can't they just leave me the fuck alone at least and ignore me? I know exactly how you feel. I don't believe in closing an account though, but I do believe in taking long breaks. I was on a thread once that led to a long term member going off on me and I could not for the life of me think of why she took my comment, which was not serious and in the GD forum, so seriously. I have avoided her ever since. For a long time I avoided, if I could, every single thread she was on.
I don't get why people go into attack mode sometimes, like they have post tramatic stress disorder and something sets them off so they go into fighting mode. Bottom line is I like my org name and my avatar and I don't want to change them. They suit me,

There are very few people here who I avoid nearly all the time and often refuse to even post on the same threads they do. The ones who think they know everything and always feel the urge to turn normal discussions into big drama and act as if they are the centre of the universe. Totally quick to judge others, but not able to take any response without getting offensive. They are the reason why loads of threads get locked here and honestly I don't get it why they don't get banned. But that's not new, it always was like that.I don't plan to delete my account, but I consider to not post anymore. Maybe a break is a good idea, it's just sad as there are really wonderful people here who I love to talk to. And it is a good way to practice my English. Maybe I will just start to not share much about my true feelings here anymore, but just post stuff that is not really important to me  .Good to se you still around.
