I'M PISSED Guess what, my neighbor across from me just backed into my car and cracked open the bumper, what would you do if you were in my shoes, would you try to reason with that person even though they are an asshole and wont admit it or would you call the police and report it as a hit and run? | |

Ahhh I get it now.
"Pissed" in America means "Annoyed". "Pissed" everywhere else means "Drunk".  I was wondering why you were posting to tell us you were drunk!
Anyway Sorry about your problem with your car... I'd try and reason with him first, and then report it to the cops and call your insurance company | |

If the guy ran away and won't admit to it, then I guess reporting to the police is the only thing left to do. I used to find my motorcycles laying in the parking lot almost once a week. The neighbored wouldn't admit to it, and I didn't know who has done it, so I let it go.  | |

I once waited 6 months and then went back to the person that pissed me off and put a barbie on their windshield with a knife through it laying in ketchup. Seems kinda strange but made the person scared as heck because they had no idea who did it and why. They forgot about the inccident 6 months prior. I always like to wait along time before taking action because it's funnier.
