Man sent to jail, forced to register as a sex offender after ejaculating in co-worker's water bottle

Michael Kevin Lallana was sentenced to 180 jail for ejaculating in his co-worker's water bottle.

A man convicted of ejaculating in a female co-worker's water bottle was sentenced to six months in jail and must register as a sex offender for life, a judge ruled.

Superior Court Judge Walter Schwarm also put Michael Kevin Lallana, of Fullerton, Calif., on probation for three years, The Orange County Register reported.

On two different occasions, the 32-year-old Lallana secretly ejaculated into the woman's water bottle, cops said.

Lallana and the woman were employees of Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, although they barely spoke to each other in four years of working together, the woman testified.

Asked for his motives, Lallana admitted to defiling his coworker's bottle as a form of sexual gratification.

"It was the closest I could ever get to someone as good looking as that without tampering with my marriage or hurting anyone," he told Orange County investigators.

The victim, a 29-year-old executive assistant identified only as Tiffany G., first began to suspect something was wrong earlier this year when she took a sip from the bottle a noticed a strange taste.

After the same thing happened a few months later, she took the bottle to a private lab, where scientists found semen in the water.

Police began an investigation, and Lallana eventually confessed. A subsequent DNA test confirmed his semen was in the woman's bottle.

During the trial, Lallana's lawyer argued that his client acted out of immaturity and not for sexual purposes.

The judge wasn't buying it and and gave Lallana the max.

"I've spent many days crying and not sleeping," the woman testified. "I feel it was a form of rape. I hate seeing him. I hate him seeing me."

what also bugs me are lawyers who defend ppl they know are guilty

they guy jerked off and put his semen in the water bottle of a woman he was attracted to ~ b/c he didn't want to cheat on his wife, but he still wanted the other chick to have his seed. Twice --- how is that merely "immature" as his lawyer claims (and not for sexual purposes) ?

Enough innocent people go to jail as it is.

Enough innocent people go to jail as it is.

Read that again. I said ppl they know are guilty -- meaning: how do they live with themselves and sleep at night, trying to get get ppl who actually are guilty off or to get them reduced punishments.

innocent ppl -- yeah, they should have lawyers to defend them..

but (IMHO) there is no 'defense' for shit like murder, rape.. or jacking off and jizzing in somebody's water when they ain't lookin'...

Why bother with the court then? Just lynch people.

They live with themselves because they are doing their job to the best of their ability.

If it's my assingment to defend, even the obviously guilty, if I can get them less that the punishment proscribed by law, that's a win.

I consider it unethical and immoral to prosecute someone with inadequate defense.

If the guilty don't get a defense then there is no need for a court.

For the criminal and the victims it's a no win situation. Life imprisonment without parole as opposed to death is only a win for the counsel that prevented the execution.

Isn't the sentence "justice" for the victims?

He did not make her drink it.

She drank it with no knowledge of his act so he could not have legally or otherwise made her do anything.

What he did was cause her to ingest it unwillingly and unknowingly.

Her rape analogy doesn't work because there was no force, fear of harm or initial trauma.

Battery works. (Assault means you see the attack coming- here she clearly did not.)

Whatever he was actually charged with was a misdemeanor, not a felony as he gets six months or less in jail. Getting a job after such an incident happened in the workplace will probably prove difficult.

yeah.. that did occur to me, after I posted (I get force, and even made/make.. but I hate that that doesn't count)

I think some ppl -- especially if they haven't been/don't know anyone who has actually been raped -- just don't have a real grasp on what that entails.. really means

~ like, what's her name from Twilight-- after the first movie, she was hounded by paparazzi, and in an interview said she felt like she was raped (and got a lot of flak for it).

As for this woman, while what that creep did was sexual, it wasn't forced/non-consensual sex.... I don't think rape should be used as a synonym for violated; it kind of trivializes it

Damn! How come that has never happened to me? I've worked with a few men over the years who I wouldn't have minded if they ejaculated inside my water bottle.
