I have no idea how to use photoshop....

Since she has smaller eyes, I would go with a pair of glasses that have thin barely there frames around the lenses

the glasses shouldn't "wear her" .

you need to go to the store and pick the most stylish person there to watch you try on every pair and have them help you decide

They aren't severe looking, at all. In fact, I got them because the gray/turquoise color is much softer than the black frames I had before.
