I don't know the details, but I must say that I am always a little frightened when I hear of Prince fans moving to Minneapolis. Typically I think that they are taking their obsession WAY TOO FAR. I am sure their are circumstances where the moves are legitimate, but I know of a few people recently who moved here only for Prince and it seems wrong on so many levels.
The thing is that I know damn well that Prince has people banned from Paisley Park all the time if they start acting obsessive not that it matters as the parties are a thing of the past. I've also heard stories of fans following Prince around trying to "accidentally bumping into him" or fans that keep getting caught on Prince's property (Paisley or his houses) looking into windows. The Chanhassen cops have MANY great stories to tell if you ever run into one. Sorry for the rant that doesn't make any sense...but damn it's late and I'm tired. / . I was going to move there so I could go to the Friday nite parties, and I'm not crazy, but why move there now? There is no parties and Prince has a new house in Toronto, Mani's home town. He probably doesn't even spend much time in Mn, so why would anybody go there if there is no parties?
Even if Prince spent a lot of time there, without the parties you wouldn't see him. Poor Prince. | |

Well I am Not Moving to Minneapolis because of Prince fans. I just don't Dig Brooklyn Anymore. I always did enjoy the Country and Midwest much better. I feel more at Peace and less stressed. Better place to raise a Child also. Anyways. Prince just Enlightened me about Minneapolis. I Never Expected Him to Come with the Package. I'll always Love Him and think him Gorgeous though and the most talented Musician around,but I am Not Expecting Marriage or Romance or Anything. So that's just a Hoot. Anyways gang. Just let me Know when he Plays. That's Really what I Care about seeing him Perform Live and feeling that Electricity and well it is so Exciting,Really it is. Will always be Happy seeing and Hearing him Play. He'll always be to me the Ultimate Male and Sexy as all Hell. God, I thank You for making Prince as he just is the Handsomest Man I just think he's Brillaint. | |
