Love goes beyong the notion of possession or winning someone- its the most selfess act-

wishing happiness and wanting to give happiness to someone even if it might not bring them in your directon. The first person who is this deserving of this attention is yourself.

Being in love is about as rewarding as winning $1200 on a lottery ticket. You're in bliss until you realize that what you have won isn't about to last very long and there are taxes to be paid. Oh but it's healthy. People in love live a very long time....until their spouse kills them.

I believe that if you can find that person who exhibits the same type of love to you, that's divine, but also if it's one sided, that could be just as divine, though you may hope it's reciprocated. Unconditional love is truly a rarity these days.
