Actually, I won't wash my dick with Dial soap. Yes, men can get a yeast infection just like women and Dial is an actibacterial soap. I had been using it a few years ago and had a yeast infection that I couldn't get rid of no matter what I tried. I went on the internet and researched some of the causes of yeast infections and one of them was from not having "good bacteria" in your body. I switched from Dial to either Coast or Zest and haven't had a problem since.
