Tabata workout

Has anyone heard about this training?

It's a "high-intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results. A Tabata workout is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. You can keep score by counting how many lifts/jumps/whatever you do in each of the 20 second rounds. The round with the smallest number is your score."

It helps you to lose fat really fast (simply because you speed up your metabolism) and you will be really fit. I just did lifts and I can't even stand anymore lol

I have to fool my body into thinking i'm having fun when I workout. Today I did a DVD workout but listened to music on my MP3 Player so my body thought I was just dancing. It made it much easier.
