RIP Jack LaLanne

Famous fitness guru Jack LaLanne, who preached fitness to a worldwide audience long before it became fashionable and a billion dollar industry, has died. He was 96 years old.

I used to watch his program back in the day, it was very popular. He was ahead of everybody with the whole fitness-craze. Not surprised he lived to 96. May he be resting peacefully.

My grandfather used to watch him when I was little.

We used to go there when after school, and we'd do the exercises with him in front of the TV. smile

RIP pray

You met him in person?

I read somewhere that he was a really good swimmer and I was quite amazed when I did some research on him.

May he rest in peace.

With all due respect to the dearly departed...

Maxwell House needs to figure out a way....to get in...where...they fit in!

Because if anyone...were to ever...personify..."Good to the last drop!" ...it was Jack LaLanne!

I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.
