I liked Keaton as Batman, but I like Bale, too. I don't think Kilmer or Clooney were terrible, either (just not as good as the other two). I'm fine with Batman changing like James Bond. This is Christopher Nolan's last Batman movie, so it's likely Bale will, uhh, leave after this one, too. But that doesn't mean they're going to stop making them, so at that point there will be another actor playing Batman.

Oh, btw, Tom Hardy is the shit. Everyone should make an effort to see as many of the movies he's been in as possible OTHER than Inception and ST:Nemesis.

I thought Anne Hathaway was excellent in Rachel Getting Married and in Brokeback Mountain. (She was too young to be playing middle aged at the end, but I consider that more the fault of the makeup department...her acting was still spot on.)

I dont know much bout the history of catwoman, but a whore/cat burlgar sounds boring.

I don't care about his looks as far as being hot goes. In fact, I've always thought his face looks a little broken. I had a hard time accepting him on screen after ST:Nemesis. I don't like him in that part, don't think he looked, sounded or acted like Picard and I'm still bothered by the fact that TNG was given such a shitty send-off. Thankfully the way the stories have continued on in the books MORE than makes up for it. Anyway, digression... So I love Layer Cake, and Tom is good in that. A little forgiveness. Somebody gave me a heads up about Scenes of a Sexual Nature, so I gave it a watch. Not only was he good in it, but it was something TOTALLY different than I'd seen him do before. More forgiveness. Then I saw Bronson. Genius! Total forgiveness. By the time I saw Inception I was pretty much able to accept him as an actor, not just as the guy who didn't look, sound or act like Picard in an unfortunately shitty ST movie. He's done some other good stuff along the way, but I'd definitely recommend people see all three of those if you haven't already (not just for him, either - they're just good movies).

Tim Burton's Batman movies are the only ones I've liked. I didn't care for Batman Forever though.
