Agreed on Ricky. He came off as mean spirited and lame for most jokes.

He was just doing dark jokes, and was all in good fun. I love how he didn't care.

Dear! I did offer to put some 100% pure bear grease but you said noooooooooooo.

i guess whale oil isn't the best suntan lotion after all. should have gone with the bear grease

why can't we just use coppertone like everyeone else??

Oh trust me, I'm ALL for dark/tongue in cheek. This is why I was excited he was hosting again. He just seemed to fall flat a lot last night IMO. And the crowd didn't seem to be as into it with him as in other shows.

One of his best jokes barely made it in, at the end when he thanked God for making him an atheist.

Chris Colfer winning for Glee was my favorite moment of the evening. From his genuinely shocked face in his seat to the realization that he actually won to his short little speech that managed to be gracious, witty and inspirational all at the same time. I even teared up a bit. touched

That was my favorite moment to. His reaction and speech were very endearing.

Candid moments like that are why I watch the show past the Red Carpet.
I'm firmly planted in denial
