I eat smaller portions 5-6 times a day. And drink JUST water. I lose 10kg because I replaced Coca Cola with water. | |

Breakfast... 1 cup of high fiber cereal, dry, and i container of greek yougurt..
Lunch.. lately a fozen lean cuisine or something similar.. if not then its usually something light..
Afternoon snack... cup of cottage cheese and some olive oil cracked pepper triscuits, or striing cheese and some crackers with some fruit....
Dinner... anything I want cuz i ate like a bird all day! But i still dont pig out... its all about portion control..
Plus WATER WATER WATER
its not a diet... its just a way of life... If im in training I will eat more...

2 servings of proteins 3 servings of vegetables 3 servings of fruits 2 servings of starches 1 serving of a healthy fat 1 serving of a dairy
I try to drink plenty of water throughout the day and I drink green tea throughout the day as well. This is also combined with regular exercise 4 days a week. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince. | |

They have so many new flavors out now! I also eat weight watchers ones and any other one that is 300 calories or less... But i also watch the sodium... Im a salt shaker addict so if its to high in sodium I try not to eat it... ~~~~~ Oh that voice...incredible....there should be a musical instrument called George Michael... ~~~~~ | |

My diet is kind of crazy.
I eat lots of whole grains and vegetables, but I also love chocolate, anything fried, and bread. Some days my diet will consist of oatmeal, fruit, brown rice, roasted vegetables, tons of water and unsweetened tea. Other days it might be full of bagels, cupcakes, rich pasta dishes, burritos and french fries.
I'm trying to swing back toward the former. | |

Oh sure, but never all day... Usually one night a week I have really bad stuff! Like tonite, my hubby is making his awesome hot wings! Iim gonna eat the crap outta them!

breakfast - donut & coffee (either I worship Homer or it's as close as I can get to being a cop...)
lunch - pizza slice or burger with a salad (my attempt at healthy eating)
dinner - a protein, a carb and a veggie (one serving each)

I soooo need to lose weight.
I am over 200lbs so I need to do something... I love to eat bread too much. In all forms, I'm a bread eater.
Bagels, cake, danishes, sliced, muffins, biscuits, croissants, and french bread
Its not my fault I can get fresh baked bread daily . I need to slow down. I do eat lots of veggies and fruits.
Made a HUGE mistake, bought a juicer and was juicing tons of fruits and veggies. I was taking in too many calories that way.
So now I just stick to water and WHOLE fruits and veggies.
I eat fresh garlic and drink apple cider vinegar also.
I hate fried/greasy foods. But love rich foods like premium icecream, chocolate, steak, rice, cheeses, seafood, pasta | |

I also need to buy stock in a company called Entamins.
I can wipe out an entire marble pound cake in a few hours by myself. Add coffee and its ON!
See, that's where I mess up... I'm a coffee (espresso -cafe con leche) type with a pastry on the side... I do it twice daily. Sad!
Oh, and did I mention I have THREE danmed Dunkin' Donuts within 5-8 minutes walking distance from my front door? I can eat 3 donuts and coffee in ONE sitting. I need prayer. | |

I can eat steak daily.... especially prime rib! OMG!! Or shaved steak sandwiches with tons of melted American grilled oinions and mushroom. I'm hungry now....

I think it's a good thing I can't have coffee anymore; I was exactly like this! It was like alcohol and cigarettes are for other people - the pastry/cake would make me want more coffee, and vice versa. | |

breakfast - some kind of whole grain (oatmeal or granola) and coffee : D
lunch - salad or fast food lol. or fruit or pita bread and hummus or cup noodles..
dinner - always changing .. maybe lean cuisine

Breakfast:Either Turkish style if I´m not in a hurry or German style when I´m in a hurry. Turkish=> black tea, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, marinated green olives, lots of olive oil sprinkled with paprika flakes, sometimes a boiled egg, sometimes sucuk, pita bread or simit(some kind of a bagel), sometimes tahin with pekmez, honey, and maybe one or two cups of strong Turkish coffee later ( NOT with the breakfast but as a chaser)

German style is usually a cup of good,strong German coffee, rolls or toast with jam, cheese, smoked chicken breast, chocolate spread and a boiled egg. But I also love to add some peanut butter. [img:$uid]http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1406/1139638391_111a74d81d.jpg[/img:$uid]
In general, I usually eat a lot of vegetables, homemade soups, lots of tangerines, oranges, pomegrenates, apples, plain yoghurt, peanuts, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, lots of olive oil, pasta in moderate amounts, lots of organic oatmeal, oat muesli without wheat, lots of cottage cheese, fish, squid, mussels, shrimps, sometimes a protein shake, and always a whey protein shake right after a workout. I also like avocados, sun dried tomatoes and tons of black tea and coffee but also rose hips tea or hot cocoa (organic, without added sugar....I add only a little bit of sugar to it). I used to be a vegetarian from 1999-2004 and I´m thinking about going back to that lifestyle again or at least drastically reduce my meat consumption ( I rarely eat it anyway). Oh, and I love sweet potatoes, broccoli, spinach and bulgur with yoghurt. And salads.

French fries are my guilty pleasure...that´s why I avoid them and only eat them maybe two or three times a month when I go to my favorite fish and chips place.
