It seems like 2011 is the year for reality shows that have been in the works, but have yet to make it to air.

E! has ordered episodes of the show, tentatively titled, Khloe and Lamar.

The show will follow Lamar on the road (a good way for Khloe to keep an eye on her bball player), his time with Khloe and Khloe’s brother Rob, who lives with them.

Lamar recently posed a question to his twitter followers asking, “What’s goodie? Not a definite but just wanted to know if people would be feeling the Khloe and Lamar show?”

For some reason, Lamar seemed surprised at the barrage of negative comments. Many followers mentioned the reality show curse that has plagued just about every Hollywood relationship that played out on reality shows.

Lamar responded, “Me and my WIFE LOVE Defying odds! We get stronger when people doubt Us and show love back 2 those who love Us!”

Khloe made the official announcement on the show on her blog:

Ok dolls, it’s official! Lamar and I will soon begin filming our very own show on E! called Khloe & Lamar! WOOOOHOOOOOOOO! How exciting is this?! It’s been an option since we got married, but we wanted to enjoy our first year in private. With Keeping Up with the Kardashians, only a very small part of our life together is shown, but with this show, we’re putting it ALL out there LOL. Rob will play a major role in this too since he lives with us. He’s basically like our son LOL. With the three of us living together, it’s honestly like a sitcom. Trust me, there will be a lot of laughs.

why do they keep putting shows like that on television...are they trying to win the approval of the public?? do i really feel good about living vicariously through someone elses life....I'm poor, always been poor, was happy for a time until i met rich folk. sure i love being entertained into oblivion but its old now. i've got a 3 x 2 card of all my friends occurances, every 10 seconds to keep me occupied. I've got so many friends and family members to meet whenever i go out in public...I've got songs all day long to lull and lure me.......they can do what they like, i'm going to start reading books......

I'm not concerned. We'll be reading about their divorce soon anyway. Why waste time and effort even entertaining this hot mess show? SMH

Nah. They get a quick check to put in the bank for very little effort, not to mention a free platform to advertise themselves an whateever they may be working on at the moment.

The network gets to make an even bigger and quicker check by producing something that doesn't cost very much to film within 4-6 weeks time. Then they charge a buttload of dough from advertisers that want to hop on the gravy train with a show that has a proven following, and then use all that tv ad power to do cross marketing for their other endeavors. It all comes down to money, really.

One of the funniest things I ever saw was on that stupid "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" show. Khloe had just gotten engaged to Lamar Odom, and in walked that dude everyone wants to punch in the mouth. I think his name is Scott? He's porking one of the other sisters, I guess it's the tall non-slim one.

Anyway, all the wenches in the room say, "Guess what? Khloe's getting married!!!" And this dude does not bat an eye - he just says, "Really? To who?"

Also, I've lost all respect I had for Bruce Jenner, and I used to have a LOT of respect for that dude.

Supposely, Khloe is pregnant and that's suppose to be on the show. I don't watch them but I heard it on the radio. I believe it was suppose to be on the DL but a rep accidently spilled it. There's so much crap on tv these days.

I understand they're doing this to expand the family "brand" and all, but these newlywed shows don't have a great track record for the people who participate in them. Usually the couples end up divorcing within a year after filming completes. Klohe and Lamar better watch out

3. Carmen Electra and Dave Navaro (Till Death Do Us Part)
