a knew a dog named lulu, she was a bassett hound and there's no way she was mentally challenged. maybe she seemed that way to an outside observer, but i always though it was more that she was just, really mellow and didn't seem to worry enough about anything to ever really make a fuss. she was excellent company and a great listener.

I think a lot of people confuse hard to train with dumb. Not at all the case with Bassets.

Lulu is a cute Basset name.
