Bad. You don't want to know.

I was thinking the same thing about mine. sad

Imagine the fantasy diet of most 7 to 15 year olds and you have my diet; if it has a high fat, sugar or salt content then I eat it - luckily I have a high metabalism and also generally run 3 or 5 miles at least 4 times a week or I would be a blimp.

Cause nothing compares....nothing compares 2 u!"

It's hard to get over my sweet tooth!

Don't get me started! As a vegan, 90% of desserts are just off limits for me. sad Unless I'm somewhere awesome like Portland, where there's vegan desserts all over the place. Good thing I'm moving there lol

Not too bad. I'm not really drinking alcohol anymore. I've usually got 50g of protein in me through whey protein shakes before I've even had breakfast. I eat a little fruit, get some veggies every day. I eat some junk, which I need a bit of to keep some weight on me, but not so much that's it's doing me any great harm. I have steak once or twice a week with some brocolli or kale. Pasta 4 or 5 times a week with simple tomato and olive sauces and no cheese. Bread a few times a week. I eat tuna nearly every day, as is with some soy sauce or in salads or with pasta. I eat cacao nibs every day, plus take quite a few supplements like creatine. I drink fizzy soda drinks only about once a week. All I really drink is water, tea, fruit juice, occasionally milk and right now only occasionally beer. I think my diet's not too bad. smile

I just ate a bowl of tuna with lemon juice on it and some black pepper. Really boring but not terribly unhealthy which is an improvement.

I do that, but I have just a little soy sauce and some pepper on it. Often I'll eat a can of tuna after I've worked out in the morning, and then I'll get a proper breakfast about an hour later.

Oh, and I drink water all day at work. I almost never drink soda of any kind.

At home I make crystal light. I'm trying to get away from artificial sweeteners, but I get bored of water all day so I want some flavor sometimes. I plan to ween myself off the crystal light in a few months.

I think sodas are one of those main culprits, along with alcohol. Like some ppl could change nothing about their diet or exercise but just by cutting those 2 things out lose a good few lbs within a couple of months. Mon never eats anything sugary (except some fruit juices), creamy or chocolatey (except pure cacao) but she drinks too much beer! I think I'd have a noticable six pack within 2 months if I just didn't drink because it's all under the gut, just waiting, and I know nothing else I consume is putting that fat there. lol

Don't say that word "diet" again! Ha ha ha. As people said, drink a lot of water, eat often but smaller portions...that's not for me! wink wink

Have you tried any Jewish desserts? A lot are dairy free (the Passover ones I think), and taste great. biggrin

Portland, Oregon got vegan dessert shops? Now I"m intrigued...hmmm
