Well if they don't like them they don't like them. You had to realize when you got all the tats and piercings that you would be very very hot to some people and yet total to others, AT LEAST I HOPE YOU DID.

When your look is outside the norm it will go that way and you can't expect it not to. I weigh over 200lbs. That is clinically obese but very sexy to some guys and a total turn off to others. I accept that. That is just the reality of sexual attraction it is partly cultural and partly chemical and uncontrolable. Period. You at least had a choice. You chose those tats and piercings. Think of all the guys with very small dicks who realize that many women will not stay very long once they find out how little that man has to work with. That man with the small penis can do nothing about it. All he can do is try to compensate in other ways.
