Dude, I looked at your pictures in the other thread and there is absolutely nothing wrong with your nose. Seriously. You must be suffering from Body Dysmorphia. And unless there's something very wrong with your eyes and/or mouth, you are a very good-looking dude (you look a little like Ryan Reynolds, or somethin').

If you're having trouble meeting the gender(s) of your choice (not that I think that's the key to happiness), confidence will get you far more action than this wholly, wholly unnecessary surgical procedure.

seriously he is like the 20 year old girl who wants to ruin her perfect body with implants
