Ok..so I am instructed to be a DJ as of last night suddenly...so the only tower speakers I have at the house are WIRE connections...the output and input to the sound on my idj03 are red and white audio cables...how in the world can I hook up the sound?? I have never had to do this so suddenly and now I am in conflict...

you have your decks, they plug into the mixer, and the mixer has to output to either an amplifier, or powered speakers. the speakers you mention with the wire connections are likely standard unpowered speakers, which are the most common form of hifi speakers. those speakers will either be connected to an amplifier or an all in one type system that has an in built amp/cd/radio/etc

does the place where you are djing have an amp and speaker setup, so you just need to bring the decks and mixer and a long enough RCA/phono cable to connect the amp/speakers?

GOTCHA! Yes that was the model I have. Ok I got it now..I do have an amplifier..I didnt even think twice about that fact. Thank you very much
