The more I read, the more horrified I am at your situation, D. I remembered hearing this a few months ago, but caught the tail end and missed the Canada context. Still, where there are points related to U.S. law thrown in for context, it might be helpful. Talk to a lawyer.

Co-sign to this! This sounds like some crazy situation that would happen to me on the job. (No, I'm not pregnant. I'm just saying).

Reading stories like this just makes me dislike Corporate America even more than I already do.
