i lost 12 kg's in six months

i did bootcamp - first time i cried, they were so mean

but i went back.. and it's was great

i will prob do it again in January after all the Christmas pudding and New Years Celebrations

as that's when i tend to gain the most weight

I've already started my post-Thanksgiving diet. I decided that it would be stupid to wait until New Year's, there's no time like the present to get a jump start on getting this body the way I want it.
