Who Else Is Going On A Post-Thanksgiving Diet - LOL!

I have gone back to being careful about what I'm eating. Since I just ate all the stuff I usually don't eat while staying at my brother's house for a week in North Carolina. Doughnuts, pies, cookies, good lord! lol You name it, if it was around, I ate it. I feel fat right now. confused

RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

For me, it was all the drinking!

I think I finished off about 6 bottles last week! But then again I did have a lot of cake too!

I hear ya! My family and I like to drink Bailey's. While this stuff is good, it's calorie filled. One glass of it is probably over 100 calories. lol

Oh, and the daughter-in-law of one of my sister-in-laws (damn, it gets confusing - LOL!) made a really good drink. It had vodka, pomegranite and blueberry liquor in it. A nice, fruity drink, not too strong, even with the vodka in it.

RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

me!

I have gained 5lbs in that past few weeks and all my pants are skin tight and I feel huge. I know I know..5 lbs isn't that much but when you're only 4'11" it makes a HUUUUUUGE difference.

ugh...I suck at will power too so I have to make sure I nip it in the bud or it will never go away.

"not a fan" falloff yeah...ok

Thanks! That's great that you lost 41 pounds, and that you've managed to keep it off! Hard to do during the holiday season. biggrin

I am also going on a post-Thanksgiving diet; not because I ate alot on Thanksgiving (I hate the foods that people make on that holiday), but because I want to look good for the summer. I've been tanning, and I'm signing up with a friend for the gym. smile Let's see if I can keep motivated...

a red dot salesman years ago that it will put weight on you. I only indulge

in it around the holidays.

If I had a P90X buddy that was consistent, I would sooo be more consistent! I alternate with my TheFirm workouts, but the P90X ones really help build up muscle! My cupcake is AWFUL at getting work outs in. I ALWAYS motivate him all that I can. But the days when I'm a lazy ass he encourages it!!!

I hope that it does the trick and you can keep up. You don't have to shred the work outs anyway. He says just do your best!

Me! I started it at the beginning of September, I became a vegetarian...or at least I attempted to. I've done pretty good, only given in like 3 times with Chicken and turkey for Thanksgiving. But I've not given in to eating alot of the junk food, fast food, soda, all that bad crap. And now when I eat out at a restaurant, I always order salads! And bread has pretty much become nonexistant to me!

Prince is GORGEOUS. I'm inspired. GOD is GREAT. Is there anything else to say? lol

I'm fine with my weight, but I actually lost a few pounds in the last couple weeks. All the stress of dealing with my injured cat and crazy amounts of really long shopping trips, I think.
