Computer question? Mac I have a friend who has a Mac computer,and recently bought a Airport Extreme card,but can't get it to fit. It really depends on the model Mac it's going into. Some are as easy as putting another memory chip in an empty slot, while others are warranty-voiding pains in the ass. Googling a tutorial on that specific model is your best bet for a DIYer. I gutted my Mac Mini and turned it into a screamer with the help of an online video.
Mac geeks love to post how-to instructions. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |
