Best Software To Burn DVDs?

I'm new at this. I want to start burning DVDs of my youtube and other Realvideo footage so that I am able to view the DVDs in stand-alone DVD players. I know Real Player offers a Plus version that will burn DVDs but I'm not sure if I will be able to view them on a regular DVD player. Anyone have any experience with Real Player Plus? Do the DVDs work on regular DVD players? If not, what software (legal) should I use?

ConvertXtoDVD

For data discs, which many DVD and BluRay players will read, it really doesn't matter. Just plop the files in pretty much any software and burn as data. If you want it to actually play like a DVD, ConvertXtoDVD is what I'm using presently as well. I'm definitely interested in hearing what other people have to say about this, though. Because sometimes the discs won't play in certain players with ConvertXtoDVD and it's a bit slow for my liking as well. It does work most of the time, though.
